Transition Alliance

The First District Transition Alliance connects educators, agencies, and resources across our region. Transition is the movement from school to post school environments and includes the skills necessary for students to be successful in education, employment, and independent living after the completion of high school. The alliance also provides support for assisting students in building self-determination skills in order to reach their goals.
